  • Our services are tailored to meet your specific requirements, and once the project begins, resources are allocated, and time is invested. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the service or project is canceled by Pixelpark Media due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the client cancels the service before work has commenced.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • After the project has been initiated, and work is underway.
  • For completed or delivered services.
  • If the delay or dissatisfaction is caused by the client’s failure to provide required inputs, materials, or feedback on time.

2.3 Partial Refunds

  • For long-term projects, if the client cancels after work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Administrative and operational charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Clients may request to cancel the service or project at any time.
  • For cancellations made before the project initiation, the client will receive a full refund of the advance payment, excluding administrative charges.
  • For cancellations made after the project initiation, no refund will be issued, but the client will retain access to any deliverables produced up to the cancellation date.

3.2 Pixelpark Media-Initiated Cancellations

  • Pixelpark Media reserves the right to cancel the project if the client violates the terms of the agreement or fails to communicate effectively.
  • In such cases, a refund will be considered based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Timeline for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If there are any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mutual communication before pursuing legal actions.
