Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pixelpark Media, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality digital services, including Web Design, AI Automation, and Branding. Since our services involve significant manual labor, time, and intellectual property, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By hiring Pixelpark Media, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Policy
1.1. Non-Refundable Deposit
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our development calendar. This deposit covers our initial strategy sessions, research, and resource allocation. Once the project kickoff meeting has occurred or strategy work has commenced, this deposit is strictly non-refundable.
1.2. Creative Services (Web Design & Development)
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for:
Design Dislike: If you are unsatisfied with a design draft, we offer up to 3 rounds of revisions (as per your contract) to align with your vision. A change of mind or personal taste preference is not grounds for a refund.
Completed Work: Once a website or automation system has been approved and launched (or files delivered), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1.3. Exceptions A full refund of the deposit will only be issued if Pixelpark Media cancels the project before any work has begun due to our own inability to fulfill the service.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a project mid-way, you must notify us in writing via email (hello@pixelparkmedia.com).
Early Cancellation: You will not be billed for the remaining balance, but your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Late Cancellation: If the project is more than 75% complete (e.g., design approved, development in progress), you are liable to pay the full project fee.
2.2. Cancellation
by Agency Pixelpark Media reserves the right to terminate a project for the following reasons:
Client creates a hostile or abusive work environment.
Client fails to provide necessary assets (content, images, access) for more than 30 days.
In such cases, no refunds will be given for work already completed.
3. Project Abandonment (Ghosting Clause)
If a client stops communicating or fails to provide feedback/assets for a period of 30 days without prior notice, the project will be considered "Dormant."
To restart a dormant project, a Re-activation Fee of ₹5,000 (or $100) will apply.
If a client remains unresponsive for 60 days, the project will be cancelled, and all payments made will be forfeited. The contract will be voided.
4. Scope Creep & Revisions
Our pricing is based on the scope agreed upon in the initial proposal. Any request outside this scope (e.g., extra pages, new features, additional AI workflows) will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate. We are not obligated to perform extra work without additional payment.
